Go through a normal day and mark the accompanying list of what protein foods you eat and how much during the day. Only common foods containing protein are included in the list. You can also vary different protein sources to see how it affects your protein intake, e.g. what happens if you exclude meat. Once you have gone through the list, see your results - are you getting enough protein?
